The WJ/00+ TJ blocks are known as "Clean Slate" blocks, the mounts are completely different than the older "HO" blocks.

copy that - that engine just looked so pretty in the junk yard... will the power steering pump swap over? mine leaks like a sieve.

Not easily on a renix. Direct bolt on for an ho I think. Or at least that's the case with the 4.7l wj pump
