Ford 8.8 Swap

I have a friend that has installed 8.8 in TJs and been able to follow the install instrustions in the kit. He wanted me to ask if someone that has done this swap could give me some ruff estimates on the perch locations (how far in from the disks...and the recommend pinion angle. I have 4.5 lift leaf packs. we are going to mount the axle to the leafs then tac weld, but we were just looking for a rough idea of the measurements.
