will d35 ubolts work on D44?

It's usually advisable to replace them anyways, but they should fit I think.
They are like 7-8 bucks each from reputable sellers... crown automotive, ruffstuff specialties, any heavy truck suspension/rebuilder shop, etc.

XJ D35s are 2.75" diameter tubes, XJ D44s are 2.76". Probably not going to matter, if you can even see the difference.
8.25s are 3" diameter tubes, and let me tell you, those bolts won't fit an 8.25 and 8.25 bolts won't fit a d35/d44 safely. But fortunately that isn't this guy's problem.

Not gonna work. D35 tubes are 2.62" diameter.
