Brand new optima yellow top, new alternator, new started and the battery won't stay charged.

I have a winch, auxilary fan, and air compressor that require voltage. Other than that, everything is stock.

Any I deas? I was thinking maybe a bad ground but not sure.

Sounds like a phantom draw. A parasitic draw of a few mA is acceptable. Time to get a meter or test light out to see what it's drawing with the key off. You can put an Ammeter in series and start pulling fuses, or use a test light to see if you have voltage in a circuit when you shouldn't.

When my PCM shorted internally, I was drawing 1.5 A with the key off, which was enough to kill the battery in about 20 hours.

yep - fluke the battery at idle and make sure your charging voltage is correct
