Cheap Steel?

I'm getting ready to start building my Comanche and will be building my own bumpers, sliders, and skids, but I'm having a hard time finding a steel supplier in the Seattle area with reasonable prices. I usually design as I go and use a lot of scrap, but I cant justify paying 70cents a pound for scrap at Everett pipe and steel. I used to buy from a trailer place in Olympia and if I have to will just drive down to them and purchase it all at once, but it would be nice to find something closer. Any help would be much appreciated.
