Ebay or Craigslist would be my first thought. You can also try a salvage yard in your area. There should be plenty of 84-96 consoles out there.
I believe Tuffy makes a few aftermarket consoles for Jeeps if you're looking for something more secure or custom.

I had a few minutes to kill while on hold with ATT this morning, so I looked in e-bay. These two showed up on the first page.

Although if you can find one at a pull a part yard, it will be way cheaper. Our charge about $20-25 for a complete console. Issue there is that they are hard to find without broken latches.
