no power to radio fuse

I have no power to my #2 (radio) fuse. thus no power to my 12v radio wire.
any ideas?

Everything was working with stock stereo. Went to install new one and no power.

There are two fuses for the radio -- the switched red wire and the constant 12v for the memory. In the '93 these are #2 15amp and #9 10amp. Do you have both wires connected to the harness? Both must be active for the radio to function
