I will start off by saying hi . this is my 98 xj sport. I bought it in January 2013. So yah I have had it a year and have not stopped working on it since. It has a rough country 6.5 in x-flex lift with drop brackets,1.5 in puck and shackle boxes. I upgrades the track bar and tie rod to iro h.d units. I did a sye with a stock front driveline front and rear. She rolls on 35 inch km2's on soft 8's. Drivetrain consist of 4.0,aw4,np231, 4.88 gears with soon to be installed front lokka locker and factory limited slip both protected by under cover fab diff covers. its protected on the front by a rough country winch bumper with stinger that houses a r/c 9500 lb winch. the rear bumper I made myself with the help from a friend. I recently did the rear quarter cut and fold and also put in the autopal h4 headlight conversions with putco harness. Things I have laying around waiting to be installed are the front locker, ruffstuff frame reinforcements, and new bearings, chain and shift fork for the t-case.

If you havent done it already, I strongly suggest frame stiffeners. The only way to ensure a long and happy life for your jeep.

rebuilt the transfer case last night. found the shift fork was missing the plastic pads and was worn bad causing the drum to rub the chain gear.
here is a pic of the shift fork.

Nice rig! What kind of led backup lights are those? Are they bright? Been wanting to do the same with mine.

thanks. I don't remember the brand but I got them on ebay. yah they are pretty bright. they are a lot brighter than the standard ones. I put a lokka locker in the front today.

Hey man you got a sweet rig build going so far!! I was wondering, with 4.88's and 35s, how does it feel city driving? And what kind of rpms do you get on the highway, around 60-70mpg?

How much was the tuffstuff bar? And I love the jeep!

Thanks. The city driving is great, lots of power. I don't recall the rpm's on the hwy. it's not bad though.

The shipping was more than the unit itself?!?!? WTF !
