It won't. The '99 TB has a MAP mount & nipple. The '94 doesn't.

You can run your MAP line to a different vacuum port on the manifold but it's not going to get as accurate a value.
And yeah, you want one off a 96 or later.

The one I'm selling is Bills old TB, which was a 97+ right? So it should work fine, unless I am mistaken?

Oh, if it is a 96 or later throttle body it will be fine since it has the little port on the side for the map sensor.
