Fuel injector wiring

So I have a 2001 XJ 4.0L

The wiring to the fuel railed got flexed, so there is a short, or maybe it's corrosion.

Can just that section of wiring be replaced? Is there a plug downstream somewhere?

Any wire can be repaired or replaced. Use your volts/ohms multi meter to test for wire continuity, and shorts.
