94 ZJ part out - HP44, 8.8 and lots more goodies

I'm headed to WF this year, so buy my parts because it's a long ****ing drive dudes!

I'm parting out my 94 ZJ 4.0, AX15(factory), HP44, 8.8 etc etc. Here's a list of the parts, we can make a deal if you buy multiple things.



HP44 narrowed to Waggy width with Ford 5x5.5 outers, 5.13 gears, factory carrier with an Aussie locker, full Yukon chromo shafts(except PS stub is factory Ford) loaded with full circled 760's, Warn Premiums, RuffStuff diff cover. All balljoints, brakes and wheelbearings are NAPA Premium, only a year old and still in excellent shape. It is trussed and set up for a 3 link, but the coil and LCA mounts are spaced like a factory ZJ/XJ/TJ etc, running 1ton OTK steering and a shortened Claytons trackbar. I will include the steering and trackbar to make it closer to 'bolt in'.

The rear is a Ford Explorer 31 spline 8.8, Yukon 5.13 gears, Detroit locker, RuffStuff diff cover and set up to bolt into a ZJ with a Clayton longarm kit. This axle was rebuilt at the same time with all new NAPA Premium brakes, wheelbearings and seals. I will include a spare set of stock shafts and the spacer/adapters to go from 5x4.5 to 5x5.5. I know this won't bolt into an XJ, but with minimal work it would be a solid rear end to swap and match the front.

I'm looking to get $3000 for both axles, the steering, trackbar/bracket, and whatever spare parts I have. I can include the links too for a little more if you want them. The lowers are 2x2x.25" with Clayton JJ's on one end and RuffStuff heims at the other, the upper is 2x.25" DOM with the same joints. the lowers are ~24", the upper is ~27" IIRC. I will separate for the right price, but I'd rather not.






A full set of 35x12.5x15 Mickey Thompson MTZ's on 5x5.5 D-windows, 4 with ~40% tread left, spare has ~30%. Spare is on a soft 8, I have another brand new soft 8I'll include. - $500 OBO



2 12" travel Bilstein 5125's, low miles - $150 OBO

99+ 4.0 intake manifold - $25 OBO

OEM 4.0 exhaust manifold(NOT CRACKED!!!) - $25 OBO

63mm bored out OEM throttlebody - $75 OBO

IronMan Offroad HD motor mounts for a 4.0 ZJ, only 10 sets of these were ever made - $150 OBO

4.5" Rubicon Express ZJ coils, all 4 - $150

Homebuilt rear ZJ bumper, bolts into OEM hitch holes - $300 OBO

All the parts you need to swap a manual trans into a ZJ including pedal box, PCM, master cylinder etc etc. Very hard to find, only ~1000 factory 5spd ZJ's were ever built - $300 OBO

5.9 ZJ roofrack - $50 OBO

All other OEM parts are available too, just ask. Transmission, transfercase and engine not for sale.

If that includes everything I need I'll take it. I need linkage and pedal and all that crap. Is that a 21 or 23 spline ax15?

Thats everything except tranny and PCM. The ax15 is 23 spline but it's not for sale, you'd be better off with an NV4500 anyway
