old OEM part number cross reference help needed

I'm trying to find out what kind of cat my Jeep came with so I can ge tthe right cat and avoid any confusion since my X is a 96 crossover year, with OBD1 and 2 features.

The dealership told me all part numbers after 96 they can cross ref to find the new updated part number and info, but 96 and older they can't so I'm tryin gto find out what cat Jeep part# 5083054AD is in hopes I can use it to find the right cat.

I'm mostly wanting to find if it's a newer or older style cat i.e. metal or ceramic (i think that's the dif).
Was told if I get the wrong one I could get a CEL soon after.(?)
Any takers?

I believe that supercedes to 52019482AC.

2.5" inlet, not the 2.25"...

Tnx JrTxJ. That number comes up fo r5.2 and 2.5L motors but 52019480AC must be right. It' sstill comin up as 97 and newer but looks right. Now just gotta fins out if it's ceramic or metal inside and I'm on my way.
