Fuel filler neck

I have a 99 4.0 and the plastic filler neck where the gas nozzle goes on is cracked. I hooked up a smoke machine because I was getting a check engine light for a major evap leak. Turns out it was coming through the filler neck because it is cracked. I tried sealing it, fixed it temporarily, but I would like to replace as it is cracking again. I looked online and couldn't find one. Is there another name for it or is it a dealer only part. Also was wondering if anyone upgraded it due to the cracking?

A steel one on ebay for $30. A little rusty. Fits 98-01. Searched XJ fuel filler neck.

Jeep4x4center.com has one for 00-01 new for $44. Probably work.

You got an '89 (profile) and a '99 (post)?

Yeah... My 89 is gone... Bought a 99 stick.. The one on eBay I saw, but it has that plastic ring on it wish is broken on mine. I'm going to check out jeep 4x4 center.
