Rebuilding 98 4.0

I'm having my engine rebuilt, and I'm wondering if you guys have any recommendations of parts that I should include?

From what I've read, there is no need in a high flow oil pump and there is alot of argument on water pumps, but I'm wondering if there are any upgraded parts that I should go ahead and include now.

I don't really want to stroke it and lose reliability of the engine, but I have somewhat considered getting it bored out to a 4.2 L, but i really don't have time to take the due diligence that is required for doing that to an engine.

I'd check out some aftermarket camshafts. Bound to be able to improve on stock. Just have to decide if you want more power or more torque. Summit lists a couple of cams.

I agree with those posters; port, polish, cam, will give
more efficiency, power, reliability.

Easy upgrades since you're rebuilding anyway.

Do you have a particular cam in mind?

I'd like more torque I think after it being lifted and running 33's on it. What do you guys think?

I will have the head ported and polished. This is going to be an expensive job.
