Possible bad master cylinder...replacements?

Hey everybody
So I need to do some investigating but my jeep sits for weeks on end sometimes. A few weeks ago I go to drive my jeep and the brakes suck. I've got a waggy 44 front ford 8.8 rear and 38s. Surprisingly it stopped fairly well for what it was for the last 2 years. We'll the pedal doesn't go to the floor now but it isn't as firm as it used to be and it certainly doesn't stop as well. I'm going to bleed them once and if that doesn't work then replace it.

I figure if I need to spend 70 bucks on a new one I might as well get more stopping power
Has there been any concerns is to the e350 mc or the 2500 mc and how they work. I don't want to gut my prop valve but I would like to get a little more stopping power if possible without doing a lot of modifications to the brakes

Get one from a 95-96 if you have a pre 97 because they are a direct bolt in.
