Kickback, cruise, and ????? Cables?

For the life of me I can not find the thread or post that I had that told me what the third cable is that's on the throttle body

I know the closer one to the bottom is the kick back and one of the other two is the cruise control(if someone can point which one it is) but what is the 3rd cable?
Info: 97' 4.0L

This is what it says in my Factory Service Manual. Hope it helps!!!

1. Throttle cable--skinny pedal on the right.

2. Cruise control actuator.

3. Throttle valve cable. Not a "kickdown" cable, as it doesn't shift the trans. It affects the pressure from the transmission's pump to the valve body in the transmission based on throttle position.

Ya I don't know why I called it kickkdown lol tv cables what I meant lol
