What to replace along with a new engine?

Ok, so I finally settled on a local builder here for my short block, and am going with a J&C enterprises new head. Here's a running list I've got going to replace when the new engine goes in:

Water Pump (FlowKooler? or other?)
All hoses
195º thermostat (any brand?)
Radiator (OEM replacement?)
Antifreeze (Green + Distilled water 50/50) - (Or should I do the Dexcool?)
Fan Clutch (OEM HD)
Fel-Pro gaskets on All (head, valve, oil pan)
Break-in Oil (what brand?)
WIX filter

Let me know what else I am missing and recommendations on brands, etc. Thanks!

do NOT do dexcool.

Everything else sounds fine. Use felpro reusable blue silicone+steel gaskets wherever possible.

Ok, green stuff. Thanks

The FlowKooler is a standard water pump with a plate riveted to the impeller. If you want a high flow pump Hesco has one with a different impeller design http://www.hesco.us/products/7967/h...ee-and-comanche-high-flow-water-pump-hf58-455

Thanks, the Hesco one looks nice. I found an aluminum high flow "GMB" on summit too, but probably not as good as Hesco.

GMB is the same design as FlowKooler stock pump with a plate added to the impeller. If you're replacing the radiator CSF HD 3-Row from DPG is a common one people use.
