Door hinge latch - metal tearing.

99 Sport 2dr.
Door had been sagging for a while (I just bought it a couple weeks ago). I replaced the hinge pins, but while out getting tires today, I noticed this. Door is also hard to get to latch securely.

You are going to have to get that welded up.
