Cruise control removal

My cruise has not worked since i bought this thing would it mess anything else up to just remove the components and free up some space in the crowded engine compartment. What should i remove and what should i leave in place? 87 waggy 4.0

I got the intake and exhaust manifold off at the moment and dont really care for all the extra throttle cables and vacuum lines. Plus the cannister above the vavle cover is annoying.

toss the vacuum controlled solenoid that is mounted on the passenger side and had a cable that attaches to the throttle body. boom, done.

Just remember to cap off the vacuum line...
