Rear Transmission leak - part number?

'90XJ with AW4 transmission and NP231 Transfer case

I seem to have the dreaded rear transmission seal leak. I have transmission fluid dripping between the transfer case and the transmission. Anyone have the part numbers handy for the TC input seal and the transmission output seal?
