camPS, crankPS, common sensor ground splice?

2000 xj with 175,000 Miles

I am having an issue with my camPS, crankPS recieving 5V at both the power and ground connector pins.

Is there a common ground or splice for ground somewhere in the harness?
I need to check this before I go ahead and buy a PCM.

fyi for anyone who needs it in the future its on the firewall smaller harness loom right before the injectors
