Hello everyone. My name is Travis and I just picked up a '98 XJ last month.

I was wheeling a YJ for 15 years, but this year I grew up and realized I needed a way to take my little ones out and share my off-road adventures with them. The XJ seems like the perfect platform for that.

Some of my favorite places to off-road are Glamis, Johnson Valley, Mojave Road, Death Valley and Big Bear.

Right before I bought my XJ, I met this helpful guy named Cal who has kindly answered all of my newbie questions and told me about NAXJA. His blue and yellow rig is alright, too.

Anyway, here is my new Jeep:

If you see me on the trail, say hello!

Welcome.

Where in Fullerton do you live?

I forgot to talk abouy my Jeep. It has about 230,000 miles on it with only 500 miles on a rebuilt engine, transmission and transfer case. It's got a 6.5" RC long arm kit, a Lockright in the rear, 33" KM2s and a car seat.

We need a breakfast meet and greet at Kimmies.

Kimmies in Fullerton. Most likely on a Saturday. Sundays can be crowded.

Well I've been a member for a year now. Pretty much blown away by the amount of help I've received from NAXJA guys since I've joined, both online and in the real world. This is a great club, and I'm proud to be a member. Looking forward to the next trip.
