Modified center console

Here's some pics of how I modified th xj center console I had installed in my Comanche.

Notched the main body, fabbed up some little brackets,

the metal bracket on bottom holds the modified heat tube cause I liked how much faster the cab warms up with it, no need for this side to be pretty

That was a factory cup holder that slid into 2 slots where it mounted but once you put a drink in there it would fall. Well it doesn't fall off any more & most drinks fit snugly

Forgot to take pics of that when I had built it so now that I no longer need it and removed it figured I'd share I see lots of those cup holders in the boneyards
