91 xj issue with lowbeams

went to rescue a coworker from a ditch this morning I got on scene to pull him out and my low beams just went out. high beams and parks still function fine checked fuses they are good. I remove the head light switch from the dash to test it but I am not totally sure what the pin out of the switch is. from reading other threads I feel certain its the switch but Id like to test it to be sure. most of the other threads had to do with newer xjs that have in column switches. thanks for help in advance.

pulled the driver side headlight and reseated the connector all is good now :flipoff:
