cruise, horn, interior lights

So i was doing some research on these and from what I've been seeing, they are all related but all of the posts seem to be about the clock spring, but only for those equipped with airbags. Question is why don't these work on my 88 mj 4.0 ?

Horn has nothing common to dome and cruise. Cruise and dome are fed from fusible link A to the fusebox, where they each have their own fuses. The cruise fuse is the Haz/Stop fuse and the dome is the Dome fuse. Remove the fuses and see if you've got power to either of the terminals on each in the fusebox. Remember to have the key ON for the cruise fuse.

Well my hazards work and i wasn't sure if they were related or not lol and the po wired the horn to a separate horn button

Once some moron has butchered into your harness, all bets are off in diagnosing via a forum.

Lol so true luckily its wired pretty clean into the fuse box
