Where are these bubbles coming from

I'm trying to bleed my brakes but I keep getting this steady stream of bubbles after about 30 seconds of solid fluid. I don't think it's coming around the edges of the tube from the outside because I have a good amount of grease around the nipple. Any ideas?

Are you sucking the fluid out of the wheel cylinder or pushing from the MC? If sucking, it is likely from around the threads of the the bleeder nipple.

I can't believe I just wrote that!

Try gravity bleeding it for a while and see if anything comes out.

I'm using pressure at the master cylinder using a motive power bleeder. I don't have any fluid in the motive bleeder, just using air pressure.
By gravity bleed do you mean just crack the nipple open with applying the breaks or pressure at the MC?

I decided to bleed the old fashioned way but now I get this sound whenever the brakes are applied with the car off. It sounds like air is escaping from somewhere. The hose from the manifold to the booster is brand new as well as the booster grommet.
