Hi all - I am running 31" tires on wheels with 3.75" back spacing and a 19mm offset. I need to buy a spare and wanted to ask if it mattered what the back spacing and offset of the wheel are?

Make sure that it will clear components in the wheel well it is installed in. Otherwise does not matter.

Depending on your setup, you could use a stocker wheel. I have stock wheels with my 31's. You might have issues with tight turns unless you have your steering stops adjusted in the front.
