99 XJ Limited power seat issues

bought a some what done up XJ few weeks ago, limited with all the bells and whistles. power heated seats don't quite work though, mostly concerned with the heated part since if i hold the motor under the seat and then use the switches it moves. it's cold here now and my ass is freezing haha. driver seat "works" in both high/low when you push the button it lights up but no heat. passenger works in "low" only and will not light up the high light when pushed..... do i just need new seats or start with chasing wires?

also are there any other seats that will work like the grand seats?
