Identify these coils?

I bought the XJ with what the PO called a Rubicon Express 6.5" lift. I very much doubt that as it looked like something between 5.5-6.5" and that was with the ACOS bumps.

Anyway, I have the front disassembled and thought I'd take a pic of these and see if anyone can help me identify them?

They measure pretty much right at 21". They are painted RE grey but RE doesn't appear to make a progressive rate coil - did they use to? The Currie coils don't look as tight at the base as mine, and Skyjacker's are tight at the top as opposed to the bottom like these:

I did find this thread talking about Deaver Springs, but again the pictures don't look the same:

I have also searched the information in this post and did not see any that measured 21" unloaded:

Any help appreciated!

Judging by thebcoil wraps and lengths id say Tuff Country. Theyre one of the few that has a progressive rate in grey. And they only make 3.5" for jeeps also. So 3.5 coils plus acos adds minimum 2-2.5" theres 5.5-6" just where u guessed it at.
