Cruise Control fuse/relay

Is the CC wired off another circuit or something? I looked in both fuse boxes last night and didnt see anything. Its pretty much never worked since ive owned the thing. Vacuum is good. I'm just curious if there's anything i should check before i start thowing parts at it.

Umm what year do you have?

My 89 was fixed by:

- repairing loose wire at brake lite switch

- Ohming out switch on turn signal and replacing due to failure

Long story short, if you have power at the yellow module your switch on the brake pedal or turn signal is probably bad.

87-90 CC box was under the steering column and lower drivers side dash. Yellow box.
