Adding winch to "soft coils"

I got my winch bumper in today, and it weighs 81lbs. My winch w/synthetic should be about 65lbs..

I had my bro stand on stock bumper, and it dropped about .5" (he weighs about 180). I have RC 3" coils which has a spring rate of about 160 +/-.

I ordered a 5/8" spacer, but am thinking if that will be enough? Will the extra 150lbs from the winch bouncing on the trails, kill my shocks, springs, tires, etc?

I am now thinking of trying to find a coil with more spring rate, or get a 1" spacer instead. Don't want to do all this $hit twice.

5/8>1/2... should be fine, I built my tube bumper w/ winch and have it all mounted up, I didn't even notice a drop in height or notice any difference in driving. It may weigh like 20-30 lbs less than your 150 though
