Looks as big as mine, i actually wanted to 45 my corners like that, nice job!! word from the wise... Any kind of weight up there and your going to pull out those well nuts, my buddy rocked my jeep Side to side to see how sturdy it was and ripped out my rails.

Very easy/cheap to make gutter mounts

I literally used 2" flat strap material and 2" channel iron I picked up from work :)
It don't look amazing but it's really strong this way, the 2 front ones actually go inside the door frame so you'll really have to try to get this off :)

No competition here I'm just shooting you another idea as to how to mount your rack

Mine used to be mounted on the cross rails using 4 u bolts and like I said it didn't take long for my buddy to rip out the well nuts that held the rack in place, I'm glad he did it and not when I had cargo up there!

I mounted mine in the oem rails. I put a steel strip in the inside channel of the roof that lines up perfectly with the rails and bolted my rack through the roof to the steel strip. Makes it really sturdy.

I went in the rail mounts super sturdy i told myself if i felt any flex id go a dif rout, ran outa gas so i could not finish welding and adding, i made a shity video where i just look drunk but its how vilently i was shaking the rack

Looks good, I used those jcr mounts for mine when I built it, had to cut strips of rubber to go between the mounts and gutter though because it rattled like crazy and couldn't tighten the bolts any more
