Leaf spring clamp ??

Does anyone know who sells / where to buy these?
I may have found one of my rattles in a loose leaf spring clamp. I want to either replace it or open it up, line it with rubber & re close it. Have never doen either job.
Where do you get parts for these?

we have a spring shop a few km's away I just buy them there $1.82 each for the bendy clamps same as the RE 'bend over priced' clamps.

What I want to do though is get the rivetted U clamps like they used on the YJ's so the spring can open up a bit more.
