P1391 Code fixed, no start - HELP!

My jeep conked out weekend before last on my way home from an off-road trip near Estes Park. The Scan-Gauge showed a P1391 code before going blank. Got it tow edhome and have since replaced the CKP (crankcase position sensor) with a new one from Jeeps Unlimited and the camshaft position sensor that came with a rebuilt distributor from Autozone. I back probed both connectors and am getting voltage (5v+-) to both sensors.
I'm still getting no spark, anyone have any ideas or suggestions?
'96 XJ Sport, 4.0L, AX-15, 478K miles. Also an O2 sensor wire got tangled around the drive shaft, luckily no wire was broke or stripped.
I got a new job starting Wednesday of next week and want to be able to use the jeep as a daily driver (if needed).

When the O2 sensor got tangled around the front driveshaft it blew a fuse. Replaced the fuse and the XJ started.
