New parts on front end:
TREs
Double shear track bar
Adjustable LCAs
Tie rod
Both hubs
Upper and lower ball joints
Steering stabilizer
Shocks

Everything is torqued to spec. Axle is not centered I have to adjust the track bar
Toe in set to 1/16"

This thing steers tight as hell. But when I hit a bump just right theres a thunk that I can hear and feel.

I went over everything last night and its all tight.

I'm at a loss here. Its my first toal rebuild of a front end so what might I be missing?

I thought maybe the UCAs but if theyrr shot wouldny I be feeling some vibration?

Would the caster being out cause this?

Check you clearance between your sway bar and coil springs if you still run a sway bar. It may be hitting when you hit a bump. Look for a mark on the spring and on the sway bar ends by the bushings.

check your frame-side trackbar mount.

then I would be looking at UCAs

Check to see if your front yoke is hitting the downpipe on the exhaust when the suspension cycles. Happened to me when I changed the trackbar and before I had my axle centered.

Wiil check the yoke. Thanks.

Hope its not the UCAs...:(
