Head light issue

I have a 95 Cherokee the issue is none of the lights on the front of truck work. When I pull the switch to turn the lights on the high beam and blinker indicators on the dash turn on and stay on. When I use the directional all the same lights on the dash lighs flicker. The rear lights work fine. Any help with this issue would be greatly appricated. -Sam

How/when did it start? Any, and I mean ANY work done on the jeep that preceeded the problem? Sounds to me like a ground problem in the light circuit.

^ what he said, no ground up front? dash lights on make me think that the filaments are trying to ground through other filaments (e.g. high beam, directionals) and lighting the lights on the dash.
