need some brake help

so i converted to vacuum brakes. i used the prop valve off of a 94 or 95 not 100 percent sure its off of a non abs jeep though. does anyone have a diagram of where each port goes?

ok so i am having other troubles we have the fittings the tool and pretty much all that we need. but i am no good at flaring and the tool itself is junk even though it is american made. so has anyone tried to use adapters along with the preflared lines from the parts stores?
