Where to find replacement PCV tube?

Does anyone know where I can get a new tube for the PCV where it connects to the valve cover? My current one is ripped and doesn't seal properly, causing an oil leak all over the valve cover. NAPA, AutoZone, RockAuto, and O'Reilly cannot find it in their catalogs. Thanks.

I got one from the dealer via carquest years ago when I was in Cordova, AK for my 88. Then I got one from the carquest here in Kodiak, AK for my 87 that was not OEM it was cheaper...and the quality was crap. Have you tried your local dealer? Or even team cherokee?

Yep, it's the 1989 XJ Limited. Front section, the one that runs over towards the air cleaner assembly by the drivers fender. For now my friend put a bunch of Red RTV around it to keep it from leaking, but if possible, I would like to get it fixed "properly" sooner rather than later.

I just replaced mine and got my parts from the dealer. The elbow was like $8 for OEM replacement. The rubber grommet was also around $8.

Thank you very much, DJ, it never dawned on me that it could be a vacuum piece, I assumed PCV for some reason. That looks like what I need right there. Thanks.

Cool, thanks guys!

Slightly off-topic, but just wanted to show off a cool picture I took yesterday. Went for a drive with a buddy and found this really cool old bridge.

It's a bone-stock XJ with almost 194,000 miles, and hardly a dent or scratch on it. Pretty damn proud of it, if I must say so myself.

Yep, I live in Williams and took the back way from Williams to Jerome yesterday. Beautiful drive and somehow managed to drive right between two large monsoon storms with barely a few drops on my windshield.

Yea man, Team Cherokee is great for stuff like that, and if they don't have it, you can call them and they can usually direct you to the right source!

(I actually just had to change this thing too; about a month ago!)

PS: Awesome pic and clean XJ! I just love Trussel bridges
