Arm rest cover came off...

My passenger side vinyl cover came off the arm rest today, it was barely hanging on actually and finally came all the way free. It looks like it originally tucked behind the plastic arm rest but I don't see a way to remove the plastic bit to get the vinyl behind it again.

Anyone have any pro-tips on how to get the cover attached again?
