Tire bead

I got this tire with a rim and it held air fine but when I took it off the bead seems a but messed up. From the picture do you think the tire would be usable. Its the wrong size for mine but I was wondering if it would be usable by someone else.

Its rotten but still good for a spare. As long as it holds air. Also theres a patch right there next to it.

As a person who works in a tire shop, that tire is no good.
