NP 231 rear output housing casting broken inside

NP 231 Rear output housing problem I have taken the housing apart and found that the casting is broken. A small casting ring had jumped over the bearing somehow and I didnt have the sleeve that was supposed to be pressed into the housing. With the casting broken is it worth replacing the oilseal and sleeve and new oil seal?

If you asking should a broken casting be re-used, no it should not. Get a replacement casting and install fresh seals/bushings/retainers/bearings as needed.
