Axle shaft squeel?

Had my jeep at a brake shop recently, thinking I had a front passenger disc problem because it was squealing loudly. The tech said that it was actually a bad hub, and the axle shaft was moving freely in the housing, causing the squeal. I took it home and replaced the hub and while out the ujoint. But nothing changed, still loud repetitive squeal that stops when braking.
Would this be a bad ball joint?

dust shield rubbing on rotor? If the noise is in time with wheel rotation, and you've changed the hub and axle shaft u-joint, then I'd look for a brake issue.

Its more like a repetitive chirp actually... Seems as though my axle shaft passenger side "thumps" when I accelerate or decelerate. I can feel it through the floor.
