Cooant drip from belhousing when cold on 98 cherokee?

Ok so I noticed a steady coolant leak drip (drip every 10-15 sec) coming form out of the front of the bellhousing when my Jeep is just started up. I have a '98 cherokee with 135K on it, just got it actually. No cooant in the oil, no smoke, runs and drives great, new radiator and hoses. After I started it I left it running for 20 min or so with a pan under it and now it seams to have stopped?
I'm guessing it's a freeze plug on the back of the engine?
(I checked and the plug on the back of the head is not leaking.)
So can I leave it and just run it as is?
Is there anything else it could be or am I into pulling the engine? :(
Are freeze plugs a common problem with these engines?

I'll say dropping the tranny is quicker. First time around took about 1.5 hours, now about 45 minutes. My first thought was a freeze plug also. It is probably still leaking when running, but with the spinning of the flexplate it flings the water around in the bell housing area. I'd get it replaced soon before the hole gets to big.
