NEVER try and do ANYTHING through the court system without an attorney. NEVER!
that said, if you are just needing some basic info, you can get quite a bit from the net. if you need more info that you cannot find on the net, then you NEED an attorney, and should find the best you can afford. our legal system has turned into a sort of game to where whomever has the better attorney is going to win the case. not much to do with wright and wrong these days.
