Someone please help in orange county

Ok so here's the problem. I have a 93 Cherokee country four door it on 4.5 inch springs and a rough country long arm upgrade kit. All the ball joints and tie rod ends are brand new. The long arms were just installed. And I have severely bad steeping issues. Bump steer is horrible and it wonders all over the road. I can drive it on the freeway let alone over 40 mph. The track bar is brand new and my drag link track bar seem to be running parallel. Please help me my heep is just siting with new long arms on it.
 
Did you check the toe in on the front tires?
 
Measure from outside lug to outside lug. You want the measurement on the front to be 1/4-1/8th of an inch less than the measurement at the reaR of the front tire.
