Trouble with gauge/heater illumination

I have a 96 xj, 4.0, aw4. Recently the cluster/heater control lights don't work anymore. I still have taillights/turn signals etc. It keeps blowing fuse 19 - 5 Amp (Tan) Instrument Panel Lamps, Radio Illumination. Anyone else experience this before?

Try checking your cigarette lighter plugin. Mine did the same thing until i took it out took it apart and fixed it.

9 times out of 10 when all the dash lights fail at once it's the headlight switch. this is a pretty common faliure, replace it before the harness side plug melts:
