well this seems to have changed...

chop up my frame

install front shock towers ten minutes
install front shocks ten minutes
brake hoses ten minutes
chop up my frame
put my frame back together half a day
chop up my bed
put my bed back together other half of that day going into night
take apart beadlocks and clean em up with new hardware ill do this in my spare time
finish 14 bolt couple hours
install 14 bolt couple hours including figuring out the pinion angle
figure out rear shocks shock hoops, an hour.
install all the fuel injection shit, including cell and whatnot. a good weekend.
figure out rear leafs, make new mounts. couple hours
new brakelines just gonna do the rear as the front is newish, half hour.

and then theres the optional stuff...

fully box the frame
belly skid
rock sliders
traction bar
front bumper
hula girl on the dash.

my goal is to have it "wheelable" by memorial day weekend. i need one uninturupted weekend to finish the frame chop and rear suspension shit, and another for the fuel injection, the rest is gravy.

i think the biggest pain in the balls will be chopping up the bed and getting it to fit again.

I added something to my list today, get a new tire or two (preferably two) since I slashed the crap out of one and my spare doesn't match.

Either that or go all out and aim to have 35s/37s on it by NACFest plus the axles, frame, etc. Not gonna happen...

wheeled the shit out of it with UJ this last weekend and found out that my pass side lower balljoint in the turdy is literally hand tight in the inner C, it fell out like 1/4" when I pounded on the knuckle with my fist. Pretty sure the inner C is just wallowed out.

I'm having a hard time justifying spending $50-130 on a new 3.55 30 for it when I have a 3.55 rear 60, a 3.55 front 60, and 8 lug rims that'll fit my tires sitting in the yard.

Bold stuff is done.

-Install t-case skid
-Rebuild front shaft
-Hook up t-case linkage
-Fix winch - Sort of, I have power in at least
-Install passenger seat so I can pretend I has frendz
-Swap in Durango box
-Swap sway bar bushings
-Replace D30 pinion bearing half-*** style
-Swap in WJ leather seats and new carpet
-Rebuild a set of spare shafts
-Build a roof rack? - Didn't end up needing the space
-Fix e-brake - Broke the adjuster trying to free it up, so this will have to wait
-Alignment
-Lube/Check/Tighten erraythang - Last thing to do on Wednesday

I'm doing laundry/packing tomorrow, then final checks Wednesday before we head out around 8pm. I'm getting excited finally...

I was considering washing mine too, but I felt like it was pointless. You might have inspired me to make it look decent though.

I washed mine, even took armor all to the pollen covered dash. I also realized half doors make it really easy to clean out the floors with a hose too.

i'm even gonna wax it. its been sitting without any since spring... i hit it hard with dish soap after it sat all winter and you can tell the paint could use some love.

laundry (to make MrSimon happy)
need to pack spare parts
need to buy and pack food
need to make new rear driveshaft still... have all the materials now. I could make it without this but I want a smooth ride on the way down.
clean yard up enough that the building inspector will be pleased if he drops by again

I think that's about it? My e-brake cable even works now. I'm not really sure what to think about this.
