WJ trackbar on an XJ?

The pictures from the RC website make them look very similar...

I found an adjustable track bar for a WJ (3-6") for a great price and wanted to know if it'll fit my XJ with a 4" lift. Anyone know if that'll work?

The WJ axle is 3" wider than ours so the track bar on the WJ will be longer also. To my knowledge, this part exchange has not been tried. Interesting idea though...

The WJ tracbar mounts differently than an XJ. Also as stated is the length issue. I got a free trackbar for my Mj this way. Whoever it was ordered from put the wrong part number and description in their catalog, and sent us an XJ one instead. They never requested that the wrong bar be sent back. So it sat in the parts dept for maybe a year, and my buddy in there just gave it to me. Just stick to the right part and you wont have any issues.
