Rearend swap

I have a 1989 XJ with a dana 35, just got a dana 44 out of a 2001 XJ will it be a bolt in deal or will some mods. need to be made ? Also is the bolt pattern the for the wheels ?

This is a rear d44, correct? Dana 44's didnt come in 2001 xj's, so someone must have swapped it in. Should bolt up fine, make sure the driveshaft isnt too long.
Assuming its an xj d44, it is 5x4.5, but as it 'came from' a 2001 xj, which didnt come stock with that axle, it could be an isuzu d44 with 6 lugs for all i know...
