Went to install it today but two of the bolts just spin. How do I get them out or am I just s.o.l.

I had this problem. I used a pry-bar between the body and x-member to put pressure on them. then spun them free with an air-ratchet.
if you have any rust or they are seized at all this won't work and you will need to cut a hole on the side of the unibody and tack-weld them in place.
or drill them out and replace the nutserts with larger diameter ones... but I imagine that would be a major PITA
